Important Dates

  • Exclusion Date

    Friday, August 7, 2026
    You must complete and mail your written request(s) for exclusion so that it is postmarked no later than Friday, August 7, 2026. Please note that the deadline to submit a request for exclusion from the NCSP OPIS Settlement Class passed on April 9, 2026. You may only submit requests for exclusion from either or both of the NCSP Atkore Defendants Settlement Class or NCSP Northern Pipe and Vinyltech Defendants Settlement Class at this time.

  • Objection Date

    Friday, August 7, 2026
    You must file your objection(s) and/or notice of intent to appear at the Final Approval Hearing so that it is submitted or postmarked no later than Friday, August 7, 2026. Please note that the deadline to file an objection to the NCSP OPIS Settlement passed on April 9, 2026. You may only file an objection to either or both of the NCSP Atkore Defendants Settlement or NCSP Northern Pipe and Vinyltech Defendants Settlement at this time.

  • Final Fairness Hearing

    Tuesday September 15, 2026
    The Court will hold a Fairness Hearing for the NCSP Atkore Defendants Settlement and the NCSP Northern Pipe and Vinyltech Defendants Settlement on September 15, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. Central. Please note that the Fairness Hearing for the NCSP OPIS Settlement was already held on June 3, 2026.
